"My return was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I expected the return process to be simple, but it turned into a total headache for me. I had to spend way too much of my own time figuring out what to do, and it felt like nothing was clear or easy. I just wanted to return my order and move on, but the whole thing ended up being a mess.

I was expecting this to be a lot better based on what I’d heard, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. It didn’t really deliver the quality or value I was hoping for, so I ended up disappointed.

"Ended up costing more than I expected"
I ordered from Merci Paris in a bit of a rush and didn’t realize I’d get hit with customs and duties. By the time everything was added up, it cost way more than I had planned. Maybe that’s on me for not checking closer, but it just wasn’t worth it in the end. I don’t think I’ll order again...

"Couldn’t Get Half the Stuff I Wanted"
I was trying to order a few things for the house, but a bunch of the items they showed ended up not being available. I checked back later thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nope, still the same issue. I can’t say I wasn’t annoyed, because it felt like a waste of time.
"Delivery took way too long"
I was excited to get my package, but it showed up much later than the date they gave me. I mean, it finally arrived, so that’s good, but waiting around that long was really frustrating. Not the worst thing ever, but still kind of ridiculous.

"Refund took forever, honestly"
I ordered from merci-merci.com and ended up sending the item back the next day because it didn’t fit right. The return got delivered quickly, so I figured the refund would be sorted soon after.
Nope. It took ages, and I had to email them twice just to chase it up. The replies were super short too, basically no real info and no clear date on when I’d get my money back.
I did get the refund in the end, but the whole thing was slow and kinda annoying tbh. I wouldn’t order again if there’s any chance I might need to return something.

"Disappointing and not what I expected"
I ordered this thinking it would be a nice little gift for my sister, but it looked nothing like the description when it arrived. The material felt cheap too, which was frustrating. I ended up returning it, and even that process was more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Shipping was kind of a letdown"
I don’t know, maybe I missed something when ordering, but the shipping cost felt way too high and then the package took ages to show up. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I was just left wondering what was going on. If you’re outside France, I’m not sure it’s really worth it.

I ordered a blue vase, but when the package showed up it had random candles inside instead. I was annoyed, though I guess the candles were fine, just definitely not what I paid for or needed

"Checking out was so frustrating"
I tried paying for my order, but the page kept freezing right after I entered my card details. It made me anxious because I had no idea if I’d been charged or not. I had to start over twice, and even then I never got a clear confirmation. The whole checkout process felt stressful and messy, and I ended up just giving up.

"Not What I Thought I Was Getting"
This looked way different in person than it did in the pictures, and I’m not happy about it. Maybe it’s the lighting, angles, or some kind of online shopping sorcery, but it feels like the photos were definitely hiding something. I opened the package and immediately thought, “Okay, so this is not what they wanted me to believe I was buying.” Disappointing.

I reached out to support and just never got a reply. Waited around thinking maybe they were busy, but nope, nothing ever came back. Frustrating tbh

I left feeling frustrated. I only asked a simple question, but the way the staff responded made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. It was weird because the place seemed fine otherwise, so I wasn’t expecting that kind of attitude.
Maybe they were just busy or having an off day, I get that, but it still felt unnecessarily cold. I kept going back and forth on whether I was overreacting, but the whole interaction just put me off. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

My order tracking hardly changed for several days, so I genuinely had no clue where my package was. It kept showing the same status over and over, which was annoying. Once you’ve already paid, you expect at least a clear update or some kind of useful progress info.

I tried browsing Merci Paris and ended up regretting it. The site was so frustrating to use, pages loaded slowly, the filters kept resetting, and some product photos wouldn’t open properly on my phone. Checkout was even more annoying, with laggy buttons and my cart changing after I went back. The products might be nice, but I wish I’d known how clunky the website was before spending time on it.
